In 2016, Hadi decided to change his burger restaurant into a Moroccan one. This man, passionate about cooking wanted to realize his dream: to let you discover the cuisine of Morocco, his country of origin, in Sainte. Maxime. The burger restaurant called Le Comptoir then became Le Comptoir Beldi. Beldi means “tradition” in Moroccan. In the same vein as the burger restaurant, Hadi wishes to offer a cuisine of quality, with fresh products which are as local and organic as possible, while respecting Moroccan gastronomic tradition and ecology.
Moroccan cuisine is rich and is not restricted to couscous and tajine. It is not by chance that Moroccan cuisine ranks among the top 10 countries that offer the best gastronomy in the world. Hadi, with his restaurant Le Comptoir Beldi aims at letting you discover the cuisine of North Africa and share his dual culture with his guests. For this purpose, he chose to employ a Moroccan cook: Saïda. She proposes an excellent traditional cuisine and Hadi adds to it a touch of modernity, just what is needed. The owner is in love with Moroccan culture but also with his French roots. It is with passion and enthusiasm that he makes the link between his two cultures and offers you an exquisite gastronomic blend.
